The design of my wedding cakes was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I envisioned — elegant, detailed, and picture-perfect. Not only did the cakes look stunning, but they also tasted incredible — moist, flavorful, and freshly baked. Everyone at the event was raving about them! You can truly tell Nicey take pride in her work. The only issue I had was my cakes arrived after my wedding had started due to the vendor had car trouble. If I could offer a recommendation it would be to have a transportation backup plan in place on the day of delivery. Overall I would recommend Cakes by Niecy to anyone looking for a gorgeous and delicious cake that leaves a lasting impression.

Niecy baked a cake for my wife's birthday, I was pretty worried at first because it was a pretty challenging task for what i wanted, and she sounded to relaxed and calm when agreed to do it. I even called and texted throughout that week to make changes, she remained unphased, agreed and her favorite words are, " okay i will get it done" but when she brought that cake to the hotel, I was shocked at the details, infact the hotel manager called a few of his staff for a photo moment, pictures were sent to Other countries and people thought it was a real LV purse. And did i mentioned that when we tasted the cake it exceeded what we thought it was going to be. She did an amazing Job, not only that but she delivered it right to my hotel steps. My wife is still talking about he birthday cake

So I've waited to post cuz I wanted to be able to really express how impressed I was with Ms.Niecy's work and communication and just over all experience. I need to point out that I ordered my cake pretty short notice only a lil more than two weeks prior n we didn't have confirmation until the very week prior, on top of that our event happened to fall on the same weekend as the Hurricane came...some how she managed to not only nail what we asked for with only emails n a few pics to go from but she did under pressure...I seen in another review someone complaining about her prices, well the $400 minimum was well deserved especially considering the circumstances and needs met...The cake was an absolute hit at the party and tasted great too boot n the entire cake was edible! I circled back to Cakes by Niecy for my Son’s 6th birthday and it was yet another awesome experience. He’s still very much a SuperHero kind of LittleGuy and Niecy exceeded my fondest cake dreams- his too! The guests enjoyed everything! The cake, the cake pops, the cupcakes, and chocolate covered strawberries! Niecy’s presentation is top tier and everything tastes amazing. There was nothing left but crumbs and empty trays. If my son performs well in school and behaves, there’s no doubt we will spin back for his 7th birthday. I highly recommend!

I hired Niecy to do my brides wedding cake on 9/27/25. I reached out to Niecy to confirm the timeline 3 weeks before the wedding and she indicated the delivery time would be between 2:30pm - 4pm which was fine considering the wedding did not start until 5pm. If you are a Planner, you know that the wedding day is a very busy day and you're pulled in all different directions making sure everything is to perfection. Around 5:45pm my Assistant informed me that the cake had not arrived, so I reached for my phone to see what was going on. I noticed at 4:01pm Niecy sent me a text letting me know that she was running late due to transportation issues and her arrival time would be btwn 4:45Ppm and 5pm. Mind you when she reached out to me at 4:01pm, the cake should have already been at the venue.
