Our server Jerry did a wonderful job making me and my friend feel comfortable, he explained everything on the menu to us is an easy to understand manner. Food was great!!

I recently hosted a birthday celebration at Cajun Crackin with a group of 14 people, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party and ensure everything went smoothly. One thoughtful gesture that stood out was when they offered to store our birthday cake in their fridge until we were ready to enjoy it — such a considerate touch! The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We indulged in a variety of options from the unlimited seafood boil, including snow crab and lobster, all seasoned beautifully. I come to this location all the time, but today I had the worst experience. I came in to pick up an order and stood waiting for about five minutes. No one greeted me or even acknowledged me with a “we’ll be right with you”. The man in the picture identified himself as the Owner, which made the experience even more disappointing. He walked past me twice without saying anything. When I calmly expressed that it felt rude to not be acknowledged, instead of apologizing, he told me, “IM BUSY”, despite there only being two tables. He then raised his voice at me and denied me service after I told him he was being rude. Being treated this way, especially by someone who claims to be the “OWNER” is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a loyal customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect. T
