I should’ve taken a picture. I got the braised pork with red beans and rice. My God. It’s been so long since I’ve had a nice meal that felt home cooked without having to make it. So delicious! And such a big portion. I’m struggling to finish it all. Every bite was good. I’m very impressed!
Absolutely PHENOMENAL food. The Jambalaya was PERFECT. Free samples were offered and the gumbo and the braised pork and sausage with beans and rice were delicious as well. I can't wait to try the crawfish soon.
Amazing food for an amazing price. They offer free samples so you can see what you like before you ordsr. Staff was super kind as well.
Loved stopping by this new food truck! I tried a sample of the 3 main dishes being served on that day... and all of them were SO tasty, but I settled on the jambalaya which was EXCELLENT! Loved sitting at the picnic tables in the shade outside!
Excellent. Everything is delicious and the service is top notch. I appreciate that the lady who runs it will let you try a sample before you commit to buying.
