Cajun Boilers

This was our first visit and it won't be our last. We were greeted as we came into the restaurant and as we left. Our waitress Lyndsey was super friendly and helpful in answering our questions and helping us decide what to get, with so many really good options. Our food was yummy and well prepared and came out pretty quick. We were still eating our salads when the food came out, so if I had to change one thing it would be we had a few extra minutes for the salad (first world problem). Our desserts Key lime pie and King Cake bites were delicious. The entire restaurant and bathrooms were very clean, and well maintained. You will definitely not leave hungry and I would recommend to all.

The very best atmosphere in the area!! Service is close enough to perfect for us!! Crab is the way it should be and so is the the fried and raw shrimp. The only thing that keeps them from a 5 star is the dark strip of meat on the fish is never removed and it has been very fishy the last two times last week! We love Cajun Boilers and have been making the 45min drive for 18yrs and will continue! Its even better with the recent total renovation that has given it the perfect atmosphere but is to dark, especially for older folks and hard to see the menus but we know it by heart so doesn’t apply to us! Overall our favorite place to dine in central Arkansas!! Try it once and you’ll be hooked!!

Had an amazing experience. Kendall was our waitress and she did an amazing job taking care of us and making us very comfortable. We give her 10 stars. We will be back, dont change anything. Much love from Norman Oklahoma.

The newly remodeled Cajun Boiler is beautiful! It has a warm, calm decor that reminds me of old New Orleans. They were playing blues in the background which was nice. It has a great “feel” to it and looks out over Lake Hamilton. I had the half order of thin cat with super good side salad(cold fresh and crisp) not a speck of brown lettuce! The catfish was seasoned perfectly and my baked potato was perfectly cooked. They have live music occasionally out back on the lawn! Definitely worth a visit in Hot Springs!!! I was hungry and forgot to take photos when my meal arrived!

My husband and I went here for dinner one night on our honeymoon. Michelle was our waitress and she was wonderful. The food was delicious and the live music made for a fun atmosphere. The seafood mac and gumbo were delicious and the bread pudding wass one of the best I've ever had. We'll definitely be returning next time we're back in Hot Springs.
