Cajun Boiled Seafood

Avoid at all cost Lobster was old and gray I hate to give poor reviews. My wife had the lobster roll mediocre at best. The sweet potato fries were delicious. I had the two lobster tail seafood boil I felt like Gray meat edged lobster tails were so old and just tasted horrible and they didn't even want to recognize that the corn. I'm sure last week when they made it it might have been fair. I don't know

My fiance and I pulled up for a seafood boil, I decided to stay, we sat down for 2 minutes they standing around staring at us talking bout u ready to order? I didn't have a food glance at the menu yet, damn! My fiance takes his time and doesn't like to be rushed so he was already turned off with the service! I dont care if we where purple! You treat all patrons of your establishment with respect. I won't be spending money with them anymore! Im mad I actually gave them a chance, I live in New haven and go everywhere else for shopping, and dinning out! Wish they treated us better im actually a great tipper!

This place reminded me that not everything is as it seems. I went in here expecting top of the line food as it is a nice restaurant. It might have been what I ordered as I didn't get the boiled seafood which seems to be their specialty and looked a lot better than what I got. I got the pick two basket with calamari and clam strips. The clam strips were rubber underneath the crispiness and same with the calamari. I expected something to blow me away and what I received was worse than your local pizza and sub shop. They neglect less popular items on the menu is my only conclusion and it just reminded me to eat at home more.

We decided to go later in the night. It was THE BEST decision EVER! Customer service is TOP TIER!!! It smells fresh and clean!!! My food was SUPER HOT and FRESH …..cooked to perfection !!! It was STILL WARM TWO HOURS LATER!!!! The amount of food compared to the price ……..YOU CAN’T beat the quality or quantity. I HIGHLY recommend this amazing Establishment…..THE MUSIC!!!!!!!! THEY DID NOT MISS……I WILL BE BACK!!!!

Stopped in for lunch. The restaurant is small and laid back. Service wasn't really good. We ordered some oysters which were not too good. We also ordered a seafood boil, which was ok. Thought the flavors would be more. Also, our shrimp was overcooked, so it was really chewy. We normally go to hook & reel in Milford and will continue to do so.
