There are a lot of negative reviews on this place but honestly, I think the owner is just misunderstood AND, if you go in with a particular expectation, you'll get it. I went with a friend who was here from out of town for a couple day. The young lady that initially helped us was kind and helpful. Later, we saw the owner and he was hard at work making our sandwiches. The food was delicious and fresh and the coffee was spectacular! We liked it so much, we came back the next day. We asked the guy what he did to the food to make it so good and he said he made it with love. He very much does! You can tell he's very serious about providing quality food and drink. I'm vegan and had the hummus sandwich with arugula and tomatoes on some of the tastiest bread I've ever had! My dirty chai with oat

It was really nice ,first time coming and the drinks were amazing #2 was yummy the bagel and cream cheese were okay bagel was a a little hard to chew. Joe was amazing he was really fast and nice. What i wasnt a fan of is the boxes they have in the corner the place is really nice but the boxes makes it look tacky.

They are not attending anyone and when someone enters they just keep talking being distracted and like 3 or 4 minutes later then slowly attend but while turning around and not listening to your order I had to repeat my order and wait then she asked again. My main problem is the workers but the atmosphere was amazing and will be the only reason I come back

Drinks are very good . But the male chinnese/Filipino employee is very rude he looked like he was upset . Not the customers fault if he is having a bad day . I place an order for pickup when I got there he said " I got no orders very rude ! Then he said " oh I will make it right now it just showed in the screen ! My daughter was there before and also said he was rude .

The drinks tasted so good even the matcha frappé i loved the way it tasted. Its so pretty in there and it was quick to get my order done.❤️
