Fosters Freeze

Tonight after dinner, my husband and I wanted to finish off the day with ice cream!! We went to visit the Foster Freeze in Wilmington on Avalon. They have tables and chairs to stay and enjoy your ice cream if you choose to. We both decided to order banana splits, but since I don't care for bananas, I had mine without a banana. 🤭 My husband said he couldn't remember the last time he enjoyed such a delicious banana split and even the banana was naturally sweet. I, of course enjoyed my non banana split!! 😋 Both had plenty of ice cream and they weren't stingy with the toppings either!! This establishment is clean and open. Even when they are busy, you don't have to wait forever to get your order. We suggest checking them out!

Ok I'm disappointed in this spot there ice cream products are great. They also have amazing french fries but the burgers are terrible and small the bun is stale and dry the meat is also very dry like the patties have been sitting in a warmer all day. Plus I ordered my burgers plain just meat and cheese and they came with tomatoes pickles lettuce and 1000 island dressing ya I had to hurry up and hide all that before my kids seen it cause My kids would not be able to eat the burger after knowing all that stuff touched the burger.

Best soft serve ice cream I've ever had, their chocolate dipped cone is so rich and the prices are fair. It's always packed everytime I go, so you know it's good.

The ice cream is delicious. I would recommend not to get the large cup for ice cream. I got the médium size and i felt like it was just to much sweet for me. I got the oreo twister. I think the smallest cup is good enough to satisfy the tastebuds a little bit. 😄. I got a bottle of water just to help it digest 😅😁. It was a delicious dessert. I appreciate de service here. 👍

The staffs here are nice, small business, only have four tables with at least three to four chairs each. The area is ok, there is a parking lot on the south side of it and also parking on the streets. It’s near other fast food. But Oh Boy! You have to try their banana split. It’s so delicious 😋
