I ordered their cloud matcha latte, but the matcha powder wasn’t properly dissolved and there were visible clumps in the drink. When I mentioned it, a mid-aged female worker responded very firmly that “it’s supposed to be like that,” which made the situation quite awkward. I’ve had matcha lattes in many places, including well-known matcha spots in LA and in Korea, and I’ve never seen a matcha latte served with undissolved clumps like that. What was more surprising was the confident response insisting that the drink was correct. The matcha itself also seemed a bit low quality. The color was more yellowish than the vibrant green you usually expect, which made it feel a bit oxidized. On a positive note, the salt bread was pretty good. Delicious cloud lattes. I wish they had more sizes for the lattes instead of the standard size. I really liked my sea salt caramel cloud latte. The space is really cozy to catch up with friends or work for a few hours. Their sandwiches and baked goodies looked good.

TL;DR — Cafe Soon is a cute, cozy little spot that's still finding its footing post-opening. The coffee hits hard (in the best way), the staff is solid, but skip it for now if you need a quiet place to work — the new-café buzz is real. Give it a few weeks to settle and it could be a gem. Let's be real — if you're thinking about swinging by Cafe Soon right now, maybe pump the brakes just a little. This place just opened and the crowds are showing up in full force. It's a tiny space, so the energy is... a lot. Not in a bad way, just in a "definitely not your chill solo laptop session" kind of way. That said, the coffee? Genuinely strong and good. The cutest cafe ever! Their cakes are so light and just the right amount of sweetness. Also enjoyed their drinks, especially the earl grey latte. Lastly, the service is one of the best. The employees smile at you when you come in. Highly recommend this place!

This is a fantastic place to enjoy a coffee. The cake isn't too sweet. The lady who served us kept smiling. I highly recommend this coffee shop.
