Café Bistro at Nordstrom

The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend the crab bisque, it was amazing. The service was very nice, and the atmosphere was great as well. I honestly didn’t find any downsides, definitely recommending for a family lunch

Nordstrom Café Bistro has been part of our lives for over 13 years. My son was just 6 years old when we first started coming here, and he is now 19. That alone should say everything about the consistency and quality of this place. The food is always fresh, beautifully presented, and reliably delicious. But what truly makes this location special is the hospitality. Manager Jorge is exceptional. He creates an atmosphere that feels warm, welcoming, and personal. Over the years, he has always greeted us with genuine kindness and professionalism. You can feel that he truly cares about his guests. I have always been a fan of Nordstrom Cafes but had not visited in a while. Returned today and had a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waiter Michael was very attentive and kind. I hope it continues to serve into the future.

This café bistro serves delicious, generously portioned sandwiches packed with flavor. Each bite was satisfying, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. However, the dining experience was somewhat affected by the seating arrangement. We were placed in a private event room, which had terrible acoustics—so much echo that it was difficult to hold a conversation. While the food was excellent, the noise level in that particular space made the atmosphere less enjoyable. If you visit, it might be worth requesting a table in the main dining area for a better experience. I'm surprised to find out this cafe exists. It is located on the second level within Nordstrom. It is similar to quick service dining. Where you order and pay for your meal and drink prior to being seated. However, you can order additional from the menu when dining. I ordered the skirt steak with asparagus and potatoes. It was fantastic. I did not expect it to be so good. The food was seasoned! My server, Jay was great as well. I will definitely be back.
