Cafe Zupas

Food was good, but small portions. We ordered our food and it took over a hour to get. Apparently they were prioritizing Doordash instead of the customers waiting in their lobby/drive thru. I wish they would be transparent about it, because I would have gone elsewhere! I also paid for extra meat and I barely got any! It was not worth the $50 I spent. I won't be back.

Seriously, so done ordering salads from this place they literally don’t know how to put the dressing on the side. Every other location puts the dressing on the side, except for this location. Salad gets extremely soggy fast. Why would they think this was ever a great idea? Done trying! Far too expensive to eat a soggy salad! Ugh!

Staff is amazing. Will was professional and could even help speak Spanish to people. Soups taste good, but inhate having to regurgitate my order later in the line when I could barely decide what I wanted at the start. Still a great place. Oh and cheesecake is spectacular.

I would love to say the food was delicious however, I was never given my food I placed an online order received my confirmation email received my confirmation. Text message sat in a 45 minute drive drive-through line and arrived to the window 15 minutes after my order should have been ready. Was informed they did not have my order showed them. The confirmation information was asked to go park and wait waited 10 minutes. Minutes went inside. The lady had not even started to look for my order. Juanita the shift lead informed me oh it looks like now I’ll look for it because you’re standing in here and then look for an informed me it appears that the system canceled it. I said that that’s wonderful. How great is the system for doing that? Can you please make my order as I’ve already waited ove

I usually get the kids meal cause its just perfect :) i get the mushroom soup ( love all the mushrooms in it) and the grilled cheese( i love that its not American cheese) I also get the Dubai strawberry cup ( which is amazing i wish they keep it)
