Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

I usually never do reviews but this place is so so so horrible I absolutely HAD TO WARN the public!!!!! So the Queen creek location we have ordered 3 total times and in those times our food has been set out over an hour earlier then the pick up time, the food is old and not fresh….. the tacos are all watery and the guacamole was BROWN!!!!!!! We have tried several times to give them another try and no matter what this place fails so so badly! The staff is an older lady and she is so so rude she blames everyone else for the reason why orders were not put out on time and she has a horrible face like let’s put that on the front line of customers! We are so glad they opened this location so close to our house. Every time we've visited the staff has been friendly and its been a great atmosphere to visit. We really like the new bowls they came out with and the quality has been great as well.

3/26. Do not go there past 8:30pm. I stood in line for 10 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have any shredded chicken warmed up. Then more people came in and then they started cooking more food. There were not any special juices left, no rice, old dried out steak, and they asked for a tip when I was paying. I should have never ordered from here. The chicken after they warmed it in a bag looks so soggy and gross. Horrible experience this night.

Everything was correct on my order, however the meat? They put two pieces of chicken in my taco. Two pieces. I’m sorry but with prices like theirs, they should be giving you food that’s worth the price. I just paid more money than I should have for a veggie taco.
