Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

The service was fantastic! We tried the kinds of chicken they offer and both were very delicious. I'm eager to try the pork next. The cookies were also sizeable, making a nice sweet treat after our meals. I'm never going to Chipotle ever again lol

We have been long time fans of Cafe Rio, and we were so excited to see one open so close to us. We were even the first in line when it opened, which my ten-year-old loves to tell people. It was great for the first few months, but things have gone downhill. This may be attributed to the corporate changes. The food has decreased in quality. We got a salad last time and nachos this time, and there was very little meat on them. We order ahead, and the last few times we have never gotten our order in the window. One time it was about 25 minutes later, and there was maybe two other people in the store. The employees always seem overwhelmed and stressed out. I would be too, if I worked there! I hope Cafe Rio realizes the mistakes they’ve made and turn things around. It’s disappointing to see

I ordered delivery from this store for the first time tonight and I am over the moon with my experience! I had ordered tacos for Taco Tuesday, naturally, and it turns out they were out of one of the meats I asked for. An employee called me to make sure I got my second choice and to apologize for the inconvenience and I was then offered chips and dip or a dessert. I went with the key lime pie, and my friend on the other line even asked if I wanted whipped cream. I was already so impressed with the ordering process, that I was even impressed when the food arrived promptly and warm. Everything about my experience was top tier and I highly recommend this restaurant. 10/10

Enrique was amazing! He saw me come in and came to help me right away even tho he was clearly busy. He made my burrito perfectly! He was kind, professional, accommodating, and had a kind and welcoming smile. Store was clean, easy to find, plenty of parking, and my burrito is bomb! Awesome experience!

At first I thought, why open yet another fast-casual fresh-mex place when there are 2 Chipotle and a Qdoba across the street....? But after our meal, it was clear that Cafe Rio is in a different category. The menu looks similar at a glance but everything just tastes better, and there are some unique options like Enchiladas, the desserts, the Hot Sauce bar, wider drink selection...the list goes on. Being a smaller chain and not having to worry about a huge scale like competition really gives Cafe Rio an advantage. Also, the vibe of the place just feels right. From the design and decor to having an almost completely open kitchen, plus outdoor seating, this is place you'll want to come back to. Congrats on opening and keep it up!!
