I finally visited Cafe Ile. First off, the presentation is absolutely stunning, and the plating shows a lot of artistic touch. The sashimi was fresh and the texture was great. However, I have to mention the balance of flavors. almost every dish seemed to have a very strong Yuzu (citrus) kick in the sauce. It felt excessive to the point where the citrus flavor overpowered the natural taste of the fish instead of enhancing it. It’s a decent spot with a nice atmosphere, but I wish they would tone down the acidity in their sauces to let the ingredients shine

Very clean & comforting atmosphere with great music. I got my food quickly & the staff was very friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend trying their salmon roll. It’s about 90% salmon and 10% rice and seaweed (just how I like it). The salmon taste VERY fresh & this is coming from someone who has tried sushi places all over NOVA and beyond. Please try this place out if you haven’t get! You won’t regret it. P.S. I went around lunch time so that’s why you don’t see anyone in the restaurant photos.

Came here upon recommendation from trusted sources and it didn’t disappoint except for the first when we sat on the table it was unclean and floor was all water and sticky which we had to change the table, i guess these things matter when you come all the way to a classy establishment. Food was great, waiter wasn’t clear on instructions so we ordered from ChatGpt’s recommendation! Good and presentation was great and tasty.

I really love this sushi restaurant — I order takeout from them almost every week. The sushi is honestly some of the best in the city: always fresh and delicious. The only downside is that they only serve wine and beer, no hard liquor. Still, it’s definitely worth it for the quality of the sushi.
