Cactus Rose Restaurant & Tequila Bar

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service provided by Adriana was absolutely exceptional she was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. She recommended the margaritas, which were some of the best we’ve had, and we enjoyed them immensely. The food was simply delicious. The tuna Tartare is a must-try fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We also order the Octopus, both cooked to perfection. Their house special was also outstanding, showcasing the restaurant’s quality and creativity. Overall, Cactus Rose is a restaurant I highly recommend for both the amazing dishes and the excellent service. A special thanks to Adriana for her warm and professional attention it truly elevated the entire experience!

Definitely a lively spot in Wilton. Fun music, cool vibe, dark lighting…. We ended up with a couple cocktails and appetizers but decided to get dinner elsewhere after seeing the prices. Perhaps upscale Mexican warrants the hefty price tag but I couldn’t find it in me to spend almost $30 on enchiladas. Spicy margarita was indeed spicy but tasted quite watery. Chips and salsa yummy but not free unfortunately. Clams were ok but the best part was the grilled bread and the sauce. Yum.

What a great experience! We had a lady’s night out. Margaritas and mojitos were delicious. We try the empanadas. Octopus special. Lobster enchiladas and Steak fajitas with rice and beans. Adriana was very warm and hospitable. We love this place. Will definitely do it again.

Maria, Brian and Jeremy make this place fantastic. The food is so good…the atmosphere is intimate yet inviting on the patio (definitely recommend) Very down to earth in approach but exquisite in delivery…come enjoy often!!!

The food is FANTASTIC! We came with our friends (total of 4 people) who told us how great everything was. We shared several appetizers and tasted each others entrees. There was not one item that didn't exceed our expectations! The staff was so friendly, courteous and right on it! Our server Jordan, was so sweet and friendly as well, provided excellent service and was so helpful too! I just can not say enough good about the whole experience! We will 100% be back because Cactus Rose is our new favorite place to eat!!!
