Ca Del Sole

This was my first time here and it was a lovely experience. Edwin took care of me and he was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and attentive, but not overly attentive. I came in for lunch one day after an appointment and sat in the bar area and started with a lovely skinny jalapeño margarita which Edward made, and it was perfect. Nice and tart with the right amount of heat. I started with the bruschetta and I must say, the flavors of basil, garlic, and tomato and olive oil were just fabulous! I do like my toasted bread more crunchy though and with all the juicy tomatoes on top it soaked it up so maybe next time I’ll order the bruschetta in a bowl and the toast on the side. Then I have the salmon affimicato Ruffano on a bed of garlic spinach with a side of horseradish sauce and micro greens.

Ca’ del Sole is absolutely outstanding! The food was delicious, the ambiance was beautiful, and the service made the night unforgettable. Felix, Ernesto, and Victor took amazing care of us — friendly, attentive, and professional. Manager Alessandro checked in personally to make sure everything was perfect. You can feel how much pride the whole team takes in what they do. Easily one of the best dining experiences in Los Angeles!

Came here for brunch with my girlfriends. They have valet parking. They have both indoor and outdoor dining. We chose to sit outside. Decoration for both indoor and outdoor were very cute. Our servers were very friendly, and attentive. They served us break with olive oil and vinegar. The bread was served warm and they were soft. It was a great texture. We order egg Benedict with smoke salmon and steak and egg. The egg Benedict was our favorite, and we ended up ordering a second round. Food was well cooked and not oily. We all enjoyed our hangout here. Will come back for sure.

Very old school dark jazz lounge vibes and I appreciate the fact that music isn’t blasting. It could use a little refreshing to look less like it stepped out of the 1960s. The food was spot on. Everything cooked to perfection and the squid ink with spicy ground salami is definitely something I highly recommend. Pumpkin ravioli was delicious but not as much of a standout.

Took my clients here for lunch and everyone was pleased with the food, service and ambiance. High-end without being stuffy. Quality Italian food and excellent service. Will visit again!
