Baskin-Robbins

We were going to be in town for my grandson's Birthday so we decided to order an ice cream cake ahead of time near where we would be. I am very picky and ordered a special cake with ice cream chosen for each little cone that would be on top of the cake and of course a special ice cream that they did not have on their list for the month. I did this by phone. The woman I spoke to was very nice and assured me my order would be right and ready on time. It was. The place is just spotless and the service is wonderful. We were so pleased with the cake. It was great. We also had some ice cream while we were there and it too was wonderful. We especially loved the service from the B&R. It was just perfection. Have a great time eating some ice cream.

This is the best baskin Robbin’s I’ve been to. Clean, fresh ice cream, and service was great.

As Baskin-Robbins go, this one is about the bottom of the barrel, ice crystals in the ice-cream, upcharges, small scoops, not much English with the servers, and homeless out front. Do you self a favor and go to the one on Victory, that one is great.

0 stars - Came to treat myself for a Sundae, left with nothing. Ordered a banana royal. The person helping me decides to put the bananas on top of my ice cream. By the time I pay and get to my car I notice that they gave me half scoops. I come back inside and show the owner who says it's Baskin Robbins who decides the serving size. I threw the sundae out and asked for a receipt. I will be calling corporate and getting a refund. Don't waste your time or money here. ***Edit: I tried to call the corporate number for a refund tonight but they are closed. I figured I would try to call the store and speak with the owner for a refund. Again he denied any wrong doing, but admitted that the person helping me used a kid's scoop. He still denied me a refund.

Ordered a 3 scoop Sunday and they shorted me a scoop, they did not care that the order was wrong, will never go there again!
