I tried canh bun. I didn't like the broth immediately as it arrived but after squeezing in the wedge of lime and shrimp paste that accompanied the dish, I loved it! The crab ball topping in this dish was delicious too!!! Husband and i love the lotus tea a lot. The Tet decoration details was very pleasing to the eyes!! I think upstairs dining area gives the room an exclusive vibe. I may consider reserving the entire 2nd floor for a private gathering in the future.

This is our first time. So the 4 of us are ordering 4 courses to try: bún bò Huế, phở, bún chả giò thịt nướng, and bò né. Bún bò Huế is best of the 4. It has lots of lemongrass fragrant and good balanced of mắm ruốc taste, more than other bún bò Huế I tried and I tried bún bò every restaurant I went to. Phở comes 2nd as clean and light while you still can taste the heavy grilled condiments that usually engraved in phở Bắc flavor. Bún chả giò and bò né are ok. Bò né is too light for our taste, but may be suitable for eaters who prefer lesser fat and less oily bò né. Bún chả giò is mediocre, my boy finished it saying their chả giò tastes new, meaning its fried in new oil. I would come back to eat bún bò, and also try their bún riêu.

This place has hands down the best bún bò Huế I’ve had in a long time. The broth is incredibly balanced: not oily, not salty, and yet quite flavorful. The meat portion is generous and satisfying, which is exactly how I like it. Every bowl I’ve had has been consistently incredible! I’ve brought multiple friends here over time, and every single one of them has had a great experience as well! The service deserves special praise. The staff is genuinely friendly, polite, and attentive. One time they even asked me for feedback on the food, which really showed that they care about what they’re serving. Honestly very surprised by this restaurant. It was very tidy, well decorated, and a nice authentic atmosphere. I went in with my mother and uncle and we ordered 2 Pho Bep Viet, and I ordered the Bun Bo Hue. Portions for all the orders were great! Plenty of meat and noodles in each order, we also ordered the Cha gio and goi cuon. Those were both good too. We will definitely be back.
