Byrd's Famous Cookies - Sevierville, Tanger Outlets

The smell when you walk into this cookie shop is heavenly 😍. The women that were working were so friendly, so helpful & had a full bar of sample cookies to try before you buy. Not only did this shop have pre-packaged options, but they had a self-service bar with three different box options. You simply fill the box, pay the set price & you're good to go. This shop had such fun rice crispy treats in all sorts of shapes and colors and some fun cookie pies in a glass cabinet. Please go, sample every cookie. We recommend the triple chocolate and the key lime coolers. 😋 yum!

Loved that I was able to sample the cookies before purchasing. Was told the boxes hold more cookies than the jar and that was very helpful in decision making.

Visiting Tennessee for the first time ever, decided to pop into Byrds famous cookies. When we walked in we were greeted by Monique who gave us the best experience I've ever had when trying new places. She talked to us about the company's background and spoke with such passion and love for it. I am so grateful to have met a beautiful soul and blessed that Gods light guided me to this store on this day and at that time. Thank you for being wonderful I will see you soon!! Absolutely great little cookies/snacks shop! The employees were really nice and helpful! I will definitely be back to get more treats. I recommend if your in the area or the outlet to stop by and check it them out!

Great and friendly atmosphere as soon as you enter the store. Store employees allow you to sample the great cookies. We left there with lemon, chocolate chip cookies, and cocktail crackers. Whatever you do, don’t buy just 1 container of those crackers. 😬😬.
