I cannot express enough how much I ADORE this ice cream shop. The fact that I used to drive from Duluth all the way down to Downtown Decatur just to have this ice cream says just how good they are. They have a wider variety than any nearby competition and I HOPE AND PRAY they will once again collab with Good Word (especially now that they’re neighbors!) It was 7 years ago that I discovered Butter & Cream with they collaborated with Good Word on a Chocolate Malt (think Guinness, not malted milk) Ice Cream that was TO. DIE. FOR. This is the best ice cream I’ve ever had at an establishment. All the flavors are good, but the Comoros Island Vanilla 😍! I’m not a big plain ol vanilla fan, but the way this vanilla cream through with the hint of marshmallow and chocolate is delicious. I definitely recommend going. I got my husband a blondie and he said it was good as well. I’ll be back for sure.

Usually hate these little gourmet ice cream shops because the ice cream isn’t cold enough and it’s too creamy but man does this one get it right. Very good ice cream and very unique flavors. Really enjoyed it, wanted to try everything.

My kids made sure I came here to publicly rate this place. Nice to have this option in downtown Duluth. The ice cream selection is great, and the milkshakes are worth the wait. Hand dipped and blended and delicious!
