Stopped by to do a cheeseburger review here. I will say the burger LOOKS fantastic. However, it is not a real burger. There isn't really any meat in it. It does have some beef mixed with bread and flower to make it go further and give you the idea it is a burger...But it is not a real patty. None of the traditional flavor in the patty. Now the rest of the burger was great. Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle is all great. The bun is fantastic. I'd just call it a bun salad instead of a burger. Either way the staff is fantastic and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely don't go here if you are looking for a traditional cheeseburger. Loved it! Places like this are getting harder to find. I like to support family owned places when I can. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Will definitely come back when I'm out this way. Oh and save room for a fried pie.

I stopped by this place to check out their cheeseburger as part of a little burger review 🍔😄. I have to say, at first glance the burger actually looks amazing — it’s nicely put together and very appealing visually. Unfortunately, once I tried it, I realized it’s not really what you’d expect from a traditional burger. The patty didn’t seem like a classic beef patty. It felt more like a mixture with some beef combined with bread or flour to stretch it out, so it doesn’t have that rich, authentic burger flavor. Because of that, it didn’t really taste like a true cheeseburger. That being said, the rest of the ingredients were great! The lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles were all fresh and tasty 🥬🍅. Wonderful burgers and loved the homemade potato chips ! The breakfast special was like mom used to make . Our waitress and the staff are friendly, accommodating people who offer southern charm and hospitality. The atmosphere of the restaurant took me to the 50’s malt and ice cream bar from Mayberry in the Andy Griffith show and the place is in the heart of the vintage , old timey , southern towns of yesterday year . Lots to see within walking distance of the restaurant. I highly recommend !!

Busy little restaurant in the heart of Cullman. Decided to drop by for breakfast and try it out. Waited maybe 10 minutes for a table, not bad! We sat down and the waitress was quick to take our order. Food came out quick as well. I had pancakes and a country ham and egg biscuit. Very good! We will definitely return.
