Burtons Grill & Bar

We visited Burtons in North Andover for a holiday party. I have been to other Burton's locations, and this one was nicely decorated, with pleasant staff. Their menu is very basic, and some items are hit or miss. The best thing on their menu, which is always consistent, is their key lime pie! It is so fluffy and delicious. On this trip, the highlights were the veggie burger and calamari. I just wish they served the calamari with a cocktail or red sauce, and skipped the horseradish. Overall, Burtons is decent when you need to eat somewhere with options for every palette.

Burtons in North Andover is always a solid choice and one of my favorite places to grab a meal. The food is consistently great, the ingredients taste fresh, and the menu has something for everyone without ever feeling boring. The service is friendly and professional, and they always seem to go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. Whether it’s a casual dinner, a date night, or meeting up with friends, Burtons delivers every single time. Highly recommend!

I have never been here and have lived in the area all my life. We decided to bring my boyfriend mother here for an early dinner. We all chose a pricey entres, 2 ribeyes and a filet. The only one that came out cooked correctly was my boyfriends. His mother and I, had very undercooked proteins. We wanted medium, it was rare. No biggie, except my filet was already burnt to a crisp on the outside. I received my portion back burnt, even more, with a little more mash, thanks guys! Such a waste of money. Never again. I've never, in my life not finished a filet. I had to cut the middle out of it, to eat the edible parts. Filet hockey puck in pics! Tried calling when I recieved a response from the manager and couldnt get through to anyone. I tried twice.

Stopped in after an ice hockey game nearby and had a great experience from start to finish. The hostess up front was awesome - immediately grabbed crayons and things for the kids without us even asking, which was a huge win. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. Service was genuinely excellent. Food was also spot on across the board, and the overall vibe was perfect for a late lunch - relaxed but lively. Overall, an amazing experience. We’ll definitely be back.

So I brought myself to dinner here and I couldn't be happier. The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous here. Im not enjoying the folks in shorts and a t shirt but hey lol. But for the most part well dressed attendees. This place is too fancy. So far the fried Calamari was delicious. Just ordered the Salmon Roseto with a Ceasar Salad and a side of sweet Potato fries. Dinner was delicious. And to top it all off they have Stella Artois beers, my only beer of choice served in a cold glass. I had the privilege to be waited on by Kelsey. The type of waiter every restaurant should hope to have.Very kind, attentive and personable. I Absolutely and most definitely am going to become a regular here.
