It was an expensive experience! My husband had just passed away and I needed to transfer a title from his name to mine so I could sell the car. I was shocked at how high the prices are for these types of services. I know it's primarily the state or county but my goodness. I had to go back to transfer the title into the buyers name and again the cost involved was outrageous!! The lady who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. I liked the little dog there... made my day a little bit brighter 😘

Charged outrageous fees to have 4 signatures witnessed. I dropped the ball not asking for a receipt. He had a lack of understanding of legal documents and what needed done. Save yourself the money and headache and go somewhere else.

CAUTION !!! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. For the 2nd time in 6 months, they have incorrectly notarized important paperwork making it un-usable. Both times resulting in not being able to complete a passport appointment then an apostile appointment in Harrisburg. Both needed re scheduled. The older woman at burrell notary refused to refund me my notary fee of $11 saying it was the owners nephew that needed to refund me for forgetting to use a particular stamp, then without asking, she made copies of my documents ( the messed up ones) and said she needed them, I told her no since they had sensitive/protected information on them. She then got very angry, threw $11 in cash at me and said " find somwhere else for notary work". I asked again to have back the copy she made of my so

Always extremely helpful and knowledgeable and surpassed even that today. They easily fixed a very frustrating situation we had going on with Penndot and a car registration for over a month. We can't thank them enough.
