Burgerville

Food was deep fried. Good. I was hoping for a grilled option, but did not see one. The onion rings are large and perfect! The staff was very friendly and cheerful. The atmosphere has an '50's feel - wholesome family style.

EDIT*** After having the Burgerville folks reach out about my poor experience, I tried the drive-through again. The results? Very good! Since my 2 favorite items were discontinued, I had the grilled Chicken Sandwich, and it was delicious! I opted for the Rosemary Shoestring fries, and they were fantastic as well. And it was quick service, even though it was during the same lunchtime window as before. They must have just been having a bad day back in November, which happens. Try the Rosemary Shoestring Fries! I'm not giving a 5 solely due to the fact that the Turkey Burger and Halibut are 86'd off the menu. I pulled in to the drive through at 1:08. Didn’t get to the menu/ordering spot until 1:14. Didn’t get my food until 1:28. 20 minutes in the drive through line is far too long.

The food here was just what I expected. It's a pretty good burger joint. I did enjoy the option of getting Jojos as a side. The service here was great. I haven't been this pleasantly surprised walking into almost any restaurant in a long time. Greeted by a worker with a warm smile, kindness from everyone I spoke with, and all around, just a good professional work crew! I'm just traveling through, but if I were a local, I'd come back just because of the positive vibes here! Thanks Burgerville Team!!!

I love the fish & chips except today was surprise me with dirty fries

Dirty. They especially need to do a better job on the floor. Also, $.25 for a cup of water is pretty petty after spending $17-20 per person. French fries were good. Fish plater was super small.
