BurgerFi

It’s been over two weeks since I had an unpleasant experience at your restaurant on Friday, September 12th at 8:30 PM. Despite sending multiple feedback forms, I haven’t received any response from management. Firstly, my order was not ready at 8:30 PM as scheduled. I didn’t receive it until closer to 8:50 PM. Secondly, my sides were hot, but my sandwiches were cold. Not only were they cold, but my burgers were undercooked. These issues significantly dampened our appetites, and we couldn’t even finish the chicken sandwich we purchased for food safety concerns. Thirdly, the drink dispenser was disgusting! I couldn’t even get a drink & we ordered 3. I know there was E. Coli hanging around on those machines. While your staff was generally fine, they weren’t particularly friendly or helpful

I had high expectations for BurgerFi, but the burger honestly had almost no flavor. The patty tasted very plain and under-seasoned, like it needed salt or something to bring it to life. The service was actually good and the place itself had a decent vibe, but the food is the main reason you come. For the price of a burger here, I expected way more flavor. Hopefully it was just an off day.

I really like that they have healthy options: a burger in lettuce is my fav. Fries were good. I'd say food is quite expensive - I don't think there should be $2 extra for no bun, and other custom options are a bit too pricey, with a couple custom options you can easily jump from $10 to $16 for a burger. I hope they compliant with food safety etc because I saw there were complaints about it from other customers - no antibiotics means you have to be extra careful with meat.

Had lunch today at BurgerFi. Got their BBQ Rodeo Burger with crispy haystack onions and charred/sliced jalapenos. An awesome burger that bites back!

Nothing to rave about. The burger was hard and kinda dry, cooked a bit too much. Bacon was nice. Same with the bbq burger. Fries were good and the onion rings were eh. Greasy and a little too crisp that when you bit it all the coating fell off. You get 5 nice size onion rings but it was a let down.
