Burger Theory Yuma

The restaurant is a newer separate operation inside of the hotel, and was very clean and new, although a little bit like a mid-scale burger joint instead of a sit-down restaurant. They had a drink of the day special which was a mugless blackberry mule which was very good at only $3 each! We received our salad a little before our burger and the salad was excellent! Our burger had two patties with cheese and various toppings and was exceptionally good! Forgive me for not recalling the name of the salad and burgers, but I am a guy after all. It was a quiet night with only a couple of patrons in the restaurant. I had a fish sandwich with oinion rings on the side. The fish was a large piece of cod, very good. The onion rings were good. Will definitely go back and try something else.

This place is actually located inside a holiday inn hotel, I had a good experience here food was good and the burger was huge, service was faster than many other places I have been to

We are staying at the hotel, so we ordered breakfast to go from burger theory. The server that answered the phone, was very kind and nice. My daughter ordered the “mini malted waffles with berries and whipped cream”. what she got was 3 eggo waffles, a sprinkle of a couple blueberries, and some powdered sugar. Very disappointing for the price and food description. I got the breakfast burrito and it was decent.

Delicious burgers! Heard about this spot and finally got to try it out. Like any restaurant in a hotel, you do have to walk through the hotel to get there but there are tables to dine in at along with the bar. Would come back again for sure! Got the farm fresh burger with a side salad.
