Burger King

Toni helped us at the drive thru. Our order did not come out as supposed to. We went inside to order something different. And instead of making things right or even an apology. Toni just didn't care enough to say anything at all. The mozzarella sticks were absolutely pathetic. But the burgers were good. I'd atleast have appreciated an apology.

I did a mobile order called to tell them what was wrong with order ended up fighting with manager telling me he himself made my sandwiches correct and would not help me unless I drove 20 miles in to show him he was wrong I asked for ocs no lettuce as I am allergic and cheese this is what I got I ordered 6 frankly got tired taking pictures as you see there lettuce

I had ordered from here today and my chicken sandwich was undercooked

Decided to try out new BK app and ordered food for pickup tonight and I must say I was less than impressed! App was extremely slow and somewhat confusing not to mention the fact that the night supervisor herself didn't have a clue! Never got my free up size promotion, was shorted crown reward points, whopper was made incorrectly(who puts cheese under the party), shake was pretty much liquid, supervisor was very confrontational about questions/issues and offered no help, she argued with me at order board and when done let me sit there until there were 3 vehicles behind us before telling us such and never did tell us to drive forward until I asked! Was really disappointed, place is usually better however I do know 1 thing, the crypto rewards definitely aren't worth the time and hassle!

They were open late which was really nice! We were driving through and needed something to eat late. So thank you!! Great service and the food was fresh.
