Great service very professional and friendly. Very nice town. However the jalapeño poppers was not fresh, the burger king in Harrison nj is the best jalapeño poppers spot! Sorry I couldnt give the full 5 stars, but slightly warm jalapeño poppers made the star sad and leave 😆

Staff here for some reason has a massive problem following order directions. I ask for a whopper with cheese and ketchup, sometimes they blatantly ignore it when i ask for it at the window multiple times, and other times i’ll see it written on my receipt but not on my order. Every time it either has no cheese or no ketchup. Not like this has happened once or twice. They genuinely have never made my order as i’ve asked for it.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This was my first and last time getting food from this location. First it started with her not securing the lid to my soda. And it spilled all over my hand. Then she forgot items, and then I get home and my whopper tastes terrible! Never again!!! Do better Burger King. You owe me $30.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way my husband was treated at the drive-thru of your [WESTCALDWELL NJ] BK. When he asked to use his mobile app, the employee spoke to him in a manner that was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have encountered this type of behavior at this location. As a customer service professional, I am deeply concerned about the lack of proper training and accountability. This level of rudeness is unacceptable and could escalate if not addressed immediately. I strongly urge that higher-level management not just store-level management be involved, and that employees at this location receive customer service training as soon as possible. It's a newer type of Burger King, nothing to complain about, the building is clean, well maintained. I ordered with the app to ensure I could customize, food came as expected and ordered, fries and onion rings were hot and fresh. Would and did come again for food, and an ice cream cone.
