Burger King

I used the Burger King app to place an order for myself and a coworker in advance for drive-thru pickup. I was already running a bit behind, so I was counting on a smooth experience — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Right away, I noticed something was off. I received my email confirmation at 21 minutes past the hour (the actual time I placed the order), but the app showed that the order was placed at 13 minutes past and would be ready by 15 past — somehow 6 minutes before I actually ordered it. The app also showed only a 2-minute prep time, even though it initially flashed an estimate of 5–7 minutes. By the time I arrived (10 minutes later), the restaurant and drive-thru were completely empty. Despite that, my order hadn’t even been started. I watched as the lone employee kindly and

I'm usually not a huge fan of fast food breakfast, but Burger King really surprised me! The Croissan'wich was flaky and buttery, the sausage was flavorful, and the French toast sticks were crispy and hot. Definitely a step up from other fast food breakfast options. I'd come back again!

We’ve been enjoying ordering breakfast lunch and dinner meals at Wauconda location for many years. During that time period we’ve been served most often by the manager, Petra. She seems to be there almost anytime day or night and even weekends. What a pleasure she and her staff are! They remember most customers names and are so professional. Petra is a great business leader to the Wauconda area community.

This is another clean place to eat! I have yet to experience cold food or stale french fries from here. I also appreciate the kindness of the staff!!

This is the only BK I’ll come to, food is always fresh & good. I usually see Ashley on the window and she is sooo sweet, remembers me every time and just brightens my day. Will keep coming for as long as she is here!
