Burger King

I’ve been to this locations as a patron many times over the years. The food and atmosphere are always pretty good for a fast food place, and I’ve never once complained. Then today happened… Today will absolutely be my last visit at this location, and I will share the details of how lousy the situation was as well. There are warning signs all over this site which includes the strip center next door for the same towing company and not parking if you aren’t a customer. The signs do not say anywhere on them about being a specific brand (ex. BK, Subway, Chicken Salad Chick). Only shows the tow company. The tow companies that work with Milstead (per the Burger King manager) literally park here just waiting for opportunities to get someone. I literally sat in my vehicle after having to pay $13

My Grandson loves coming here! We came last week and he had a ball! So today, he asked if I remembered coming here, and when I said yes, he asked to come back, instead of going to Chuck E Cheese. Really? Great staff, service, and some nice kids here to play with both times. Recommend this location!

Ordered 4 Oreo Shakes through the app. I got there and the shakes seem fined. Not even a minute passed and I taste them and they were all liquid. Is rush hour so it took me 10 min to turn around. When I got there I told them that I wanted them remade that it doesn't look and taste like an Oreo Shake. The Manager today (Thursday) told me "There is not a way to do the Oreo Shakes right. But if you want, I can give you your money back and you can go to another Burger King" I used to come here with my family a lot, this will be our last time here. On top of that they serve the Oreo Shake in a Small Cup. Came to The Woodlands Mall where they know how to do a REAL Oreo Shake. Don't waste your time at this Location.

Food and service is amazing! The food is always fresh and delicious (even the desserts, but the Hershey pie is my fav) they are always kind and welcoming when I place my order. I have never had any issues with ordering online, drive thru, or in store (only that traffic getting there can suck). The kind sir that’s the manager that works there is always the best!! I wouldn’t choose another Burger King to go to, this will always be my go to!!

The staff was super friendly at the College Park location. They made customized name crowns for my kids, super cute. The restaurant and the play place were clean and the food was delicious. Thanks BK, You Rule!
