Burger King

This is Bar None the cleanest in most well-kept store of Burger King's I've ever been to. Everything works there's no holes are broken seats. The owner operator is a fantastic human being and it shows just by how he keeps his store and how friendly his employees are clean prompt and absolutely helpful. By far the best restaurant in The Dalles I think. I think that a lot of Burger Kings should take a good look at this man's store so they can see exactly how a Burger King is supposed to be ran exactly how the food is supposed to be prepared I have nothing but good things to say about this place Bar None the best Burger King I've ever been to In My Life. And I've ate at a lot of them.

I utilized the drive-through service and felt pressured to finalize my order. The food quality was subpar, and the taste was inferior to that of McDonald's. Furthermore, the management demonstrated a lack of receptiveness to constructive feedback.

All I ordered was the halvsies (1/2 fries 1/2 onion rings) & there was only 1 other person in the joint but it took a good 15 minutes before I finally got my order. No apologies, no explanations, just an "oh" when I said how long I was waiting. Is actual customer service a thing of the past? Is customer satisfaction not something businesses give a shit about anymore? I'm experiencing the "oh well" kind of attitude from companies more & more lately. When I take the time to offer them feedback & constructive criticism it doesn't seem like they care at all. They act like they don't even understand why you're telling them your problems. People just don't take pride in a job well done any more.

Asked for a cheeseburger with ABSOLUTELY nothing on it😂. Not exactly what I hoped for but hilarious. 10/10. Even gave me a fork and a knife. Who knew you could fine dine a Burger King 🤣🤣

I ordered 2 orders of chicken fries, thinking they would come with sauce. Well I get charged 80 cents for sauce. Whatever. I go up to get another sauce and they refused to give me one unless I paid for it, but I should have received 2 free ones. The 3 workers I spoke to had terrible customer service skills and wouldn’t resolve the issue. I understand it’s only 40 cents for another sauce, but I shouldn’t have had to pay for sauce in the first place.
