Burger King

I went to the burger king today and got lunch for my manager and myself. She ordered a vanilla milkshake shake. You would think a plain vanilla milk shake would be white right? It’s white with black stuff floating around in it! Our food was good, and the lady at the window was nice though. But um….. what is this stuff in her milkshake?!

Bad experience every single time. The brown skinned girl at the front cash register with tiny dreadlocks is very disrespectful and the rest of them are just playful all of the time and they constantly mess up orders. Whoever the store owner is should be ashamed of him/her self.

My wife has already had an issue with this Burger King before but after a year since the issue we decided to give it another try which was a huge mistake! My wife & I went to Burger King Sunday September 7, 2025 at 12:22pm. We ordered the 5 meals and had to wait 45 minutes to get our food. After getting our food my wife & I doubled checked it. We were missing a sandwich and a small fry. So my wife went and told one of the workers what we were missing. Her response was, 'Well I didn't see that on the order." Cashier heard it & said "Well it was." So after her telling the sandwich maker that we needed our sandwich it took another 20 minutes just waiting on that sandwich and small fry. The lady at the second drive through window was very rude and slammed the window when I asked if I could get a large drink and when she got it for me she handed it to me didn’t give me a straw and I said thank you and she slammed the window shut again. What happened to customer service?

We stopped by for breakfast this morning while waiting my car battery died. I do not know the lady's name but I hope she knows how much I appreciate her help with jumping us off this morning because she did not have to do that. This is my favorite burger king to come to and we never have any problems here. And that just goes to show how great the people that work here are.
