Bad Food Quality and Professionalism Issues – Location #21 S White Horse Pike Hi Team, I am writing to formally report a negative experience at your Stratford, NJ location (21 South White Horse Pike). On January 23rd, 2026, at 11:32 PM, I ordered an Impossible Whopper meal. Upon returning home, my friend began eating the meal and found that the food was not fresh and did not seem safe for consumption. Due to the severe snow and wind weather alerts that night, I was unable to return to the store immediately. I visited the store the following morning around 11:00 AM to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, the team members and the manager on duty were extremely rude and lacked the necessary customer service skills to address the issue. I had the Ultimate Steakhouse Burger. It taste pretty good. I just disliked the price vs what I received. Burgers and fries have been on a rise.

Ordered “Spicy Deluxe Crispy Chicken” sandwich. It is really good, tasty and especially good battered chicken white meat. My son loved it… One extra bonus is that the sandwich is big in size when compared to competitors

For a Burger King it’s a pretty nice location. It is very spacious inside with a huge playground inside. My kids love coming here as there is plenty of things to climb on and even some video games to play. It has a convenient drive-thru that usually moves quickly. It located across the street from Echelon Ford and next to Stratford Diner. Your not allowed to take a left on to the White Horse Pike, so you need to go out the back.
