I’ve never seen mozzarella sticks so tiny! Such a rip off. The staff were very, very friendly. But super disappointed in the mozzarella sticks.

Rude workers, slow service, cold food. I placed a mobile order. Waited in the drive thru line for 28 minutes for 4 people ahead of me to be served. I got to the window and the worker said "here's your food Stuart Little" (my name is Stuart) and laughed. All my food was cold. They clearly made it 28 minutes earlier when I placed the order. Will not return to this BK.

Service has gone so downhill here. I recently went there where it took 30 minutes to get my food, and the order was still wrong. For some reason they go out of order with their orders and can’t keep straight what burger is what. So frustrating!

The staff was friendly and polite. Both my husband and I thought the fries were too salty and the iced tea didn't taste all that good.

I know we are all struggling with help but when you have a manager helping and you are ignored at the counter as she does other things is very rude. Then when I was sitting and eating my food a friend of hers came in and she jump right to talk to him and stepped out. Rude workers, very slow and the table was dirty.
