Burger King

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The females in there are petty and a bunch of haters. Once I pulled through the drive thru the cashiers attitude was CRAZY. I ordered a meal and was charged for a meal. When I get home they gave me $1.89 Sandwich and $2 fries so they probably pocketed my money. Isn’t that crazy!!! I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and they gave me a chicken jr which is their dollar meal sandwich. Haha. Wow.

I'm giving it one star just so I can post, because they truly don't deserve it. After many years in the restaurants world, I know when a meal is good or bad. My experience tonight was horrible. I waited 10 minutes to be served something useless. I don't recommend this place.

I’ve tried giving this Burger King location on Washington Street multiple chances, but every time I go, I leave feeling aggravated, disrespected, and honestly assaulted by words and attitude. The staff here are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in any fast food restaurant. It honestly feels like management intentionally hired people who are angry, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. There is one particular woman at the front who yells at customers the moment they walk in. Instead of a simple greeting or taking an order politely, she barks: “WHAT YOU WANT?” like I’m interrupting her day by simply existing. Service, specifically by employee, Genesis, was horrible. I was in the drive-through and they asked me for a number. I don’t know what number they’re talking about. I asked do you need the price? Do you need a different number off of this paper coupon? They only kept asking give me the number. I’m sorry that I am not a mind reader, so I drove around for them to take a look at it I got yelled at by this employee for saying that I didn’t know what I was doing. I’m sorry, I don’t personally eat a Burger King nor am I familiar with its going’s on. I did not know that this was a prerequisite for purchasing. I was picking this order up for somebody else .is it that hard for an employee to ask what is the coupon number? Apparently it’s easier for them to continually say that I am at fault. I’m

I just left this BK in Roslindale and I had a horrible experience. As soon as I received my food the lady at the drive through tells me to pull up if I am not done. I look through my rear view mirror to see if there were anymore customers behind me and there was no one. Then I look at her and she says I need to pull up if I am not done because she has a timer sensor at the drive through window. Can the manager get rid of this stupid sensor if there is one! Also, as soon as I pulled off I began to eat my food and it was cold.. I was extremely disappointed. Can the manager tell the employees to not rush the customers out of the drive through and to make sure that the food is at least warm. Horrible customer service…
