Review for Jesus – Burger King, W. Algonquin Rd, Rolling Meadows, IL I had a great experience with Jesus at the drive-thru. Even though I changed my order twice, he remained patient, friendly, and professional. He never sounded frustrated and made me feel comfortable with my choices. He finished the interaction by saying, “Thank you and have a good day,” which showed his excellent customer service skills. Thank you, Jesus, for your patience and professionalism! I forgot some mention the best time to go is after 4:30 pm no line, no waiting, and great customer service.

Disrespectful and awful costume service if you don't like working there why work there that guy needs to get another job the one that has a pony tail even told if u don't like my rude attitude go buy somewhere else. So I went to McDonald's

Why are we doing one order at a time. Theres a 15 min wait to order then to go to the next car. There’s a line of 10 cars in the drive thru and have the inside closed. This is ridiculous. Bring back the 2 minute timer. I understand stress but this is beyond stress this is not good management

Absolutely horrible customer service. The first lady did not take my money and then when I drove forward to the next window she starts screaming AA. The second person he charged me for a large large cup of ice water and only tried to give me a small cup and argue with me for it. And my onion rings were not fresh.

Really nice workers and professional environment I got my food quick and hot and lobby was clean, i recommend for everyone craving Burger King
