Pride of the fleet? The atmosphere is depressing and awful. When you walk in the door, there is a stench that will knock you off your feet. There are flies everywhere. There are no clean tables anywhere they have seven crew members and none of them are cleaning anything. Just avoid this restaurant. Remarkably the food was decent. Obviously they have never heard if you have time to lean you have time to clean… So so sad to see this much potential being squandered.

I am going to start with saying I lost all faith McD and BK a long time ago. This BK has fully restored my faith, in them anyway. From placing my order to receiving it the process was delightful. Their staff right now is all of 4 people and that is all they need. They kept the lines moving efficiently from drive thru to inside. The food quality and quantity was 5 stars. Nothing was skipped and as the youth would say, no crumbs were left. Although I wasn't able to get the SpongeBob meal due to products being out, I was still able to experience the atmosphere and great service. Thank you to the staff on 12.6.25 at 1230 you all did the thing and I will be back the next time I visit Ridgeland.

I read the reviews and I was very skeptical. As a foster parent doing a visit in this area, there aren't many restaurants. Despite my skepticism, I placed my order. I was disappointed at first order, that were out of two things I ordered. Nevertheless I continued with my order. When I tell you they knocked out out of the park. The sandwich, fries and attitude if the staff was all fresh. There are two gentlemen on the line and one young lady on drive thru and one on the register. I honestly can say I thought I'd be waiting a while because there were people ordering outside and inside. The wait was short, maybe 5min at most and the food was hot and fresh. Great job to the staff. I mean that.

Before I start, I seriously don't have super high expectations of a fast food place, but this place was worthy of a negative review for sure. Family of 3 walks in to grab a quick lunch while passing through town. First impression was it was very dirty with a spilled drink and one wet napkin on the floor in the ordering area that had been there a while. My wife asked what came on the chicken wraps and the person taking the order said "I'm not sure". After probing for what was on it due to potential allergy issues with the ingredients, we did end up ordering them. It took multiple questions just to find out what came on the wraps. I recently visited Burger King to grab a quick bite, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon entering the restaurant, my friend placed her order and received a number, which was 30. I followed right after and received number 31. Surprisingly, there was a significant time difference of 25 minutes between our orders. The first issue I noticed was the lack of properly trained staff. It was evident that the employees were struggling to handle the workflow efficiently. The manager seemed to be taking on multiple roles, which only added to the chaos. This resulted in delays and confusion throughout the ordering process. To make matters worse, there was only one cook present who frequently left the kitchen area to assist at the register.
