Lack of Customer Service. Drive thru employees seemed like it disrupted their day to have to answer. Demeanor was horrible and lets not mention volume of their voice. Does not speak to patrons at all once arrived to the qindow because they were talking amongst each other about other employees. Hey, at least i didnt have to pull around to the door to wait this time which was unusual for this location so instead of 1 star, ill give 3 for that. Lol

I pulled up to mic and ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger ketchup and mayonnaise, she says pull around I said I'm not finished ordering. She said we only have food I said you don't have no drinks. I pulled up to the window she had an attitude. I get my food well the burger has no bacon. Why do people work and have an attitude? You need to stay home if you have an attitude. People need to realize we are paying to work, without us they would not have business.

I like this place. No KIOSK ordering required. Just step up to the cash register, give them your order and pay your money. The Texas double whopper is my favorite. The jalapenos are just hot enough.

Update: Because I believe everyone deserves a 2nd chance. The burger was not good. I don’t appreciate extra sloppy. Ok newest review. Update: So I went back yesterday & was pleasantly surprised. We do the 2 for 5 whoppers or chicken sandwiches & save $. I bought the cheddar poppers and they were excellent. The food was hot and very juicy. The only thing that annoys me is how they make me pull around to being my food out. I wish they would allow customers to sit on the clock. I personally believe it’s accountability & more likely to have the customers order right.

The person that made our order was polite. My food personally was not fresh though, and I didn't get my fries with the order. It was not a terrible visit, but not great either.
