Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 Iron Star) Stopped at the Burger King in Providence Forge, VA while taking a break at the Pilot next door… and wow, what a disaster. The restaurant looked fine from the outside and seemed clean inside, but that’s where the positives end. I go to place my order, and the girl at the counter… wow. She looked like she had just rolled out of bed. Zero smile, zero motivation, and clearly not interested in working. I started my combo, then added a few extra items… and she hits me with, “Are you done?” like I personally ruined her day. Seriously? I’ve never seen that level of attitude. Then comes the food… cold. COLD. The burger, the fries, everything. At that point, I was wondering if it came straight out of the fridge and onto the tray. We’re talking fast food, but this was more
Do not take your chances I'm going there late in the evening just before closing. I've done this too many times. Never posting about how bad it is, just giving them another chance. Everything was cold and dried out. Everyone was friendly and quick to get me my order. Atmosphere was happy! Everyone was ready to go home. Will I use them again of course, I just won't help them closeplaces anymore
They get my order wrong every time I go. Whether the burger has the wrong toppings, or a forgotten sauce, or the overall quality of the food is bad. Terrel is probably the only reason I keep coming back because of his urgency to correct what’s wrong and his attitude. Everyone else should learn how to follow instructions and provide a better experience for their guests.
This was absolutely horrible.. Please don't spend your money here... I used to like Burger King... Im so disgusted, nuggets were hard as a brick, fish sandwich was extra dry, and the chicken fries were not edible... They should really close this location.. This is yuck at it's finest.. Not a good look Burger King not a good look
Great Place!!!! The only place I will eat in the area. This restaurant is so clean. The food is great and the service is awesome.
