Service was TERRIBLE. They FORCED me to accept cookies in place of the ice cream I ordered...they didnt offer me a refund or anything different after I told them that *I DO NOT EAT COOKIES* This was at around 635PM on November 29th. I would have taken a small coffee or anything but the young black lady was rude and heavyset male manager didnt care about the situation. The girl told me *well I dont know what else to tell you...you have to take the cookies and have a nice day* How RUDE!!! IM REPORTING THIS ...DO NOT EAT HERE PLEASE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE

This was the 2nd and last time getting a terrible experience at this location! Everything about both burgers were terrible and the burgers had almost no heat basically cold not to mention that my burger had a large portion missing from it, made me a bit leery of eating it. Some of the fries were warm mixed with some room temperature fries, absolutely the worst buger king and worst burger I have ever eaten.
Service terrible, drive through rude per usual. Saturday night 3/7 Out of chicken fries, out of chicken sandwiches, what is it open for?
