Burger King

We just went to burger King in New Oxford and our order was the worst that we've ever had at this location. Mozzarella fries were all broken and drained of cheese, regular fries were undercooked and managed to be stale, too. I'd hate to see their service during an actual busy time.

Surprisingly nice experience at this burger king! It was empty inside (everyone driving through). Was super clean & tidy, and crowns were on each table, which is so fun! Seemed well staffed with friendly people!

Horrible coupon policy, If I have two orders there is no reason I have to come inside just to use a coupon on both if I could I would give zero stars based on that singular reason, this is a corporate issue that needs to be solved from the top! The wmployees suffer too because they have to wring in twice as many orders.

Ordered 2 of the SpongeBob meals. It was $18 +tax per meal. They did not have the slushy and we did not get the toys. Very disappointing especially for the price paid. The burger was dry. Tots and pie were good.

Came through around 8:13pm on a Sunday night and placed a mobile order. Said it would be done in 6 minutes so we waited then joined the drive through. Sat there for about 10 more minutes at the window and they finally came and said that our food wasn’t ready and to pull around out front. Sat there for another 10 minutes and ended up giving up and going in and getting a refund as the food STILL WAS NOT DONE! That’s 20 minutes. For fast food. Insane! The manger was very nice, but I’m pretty sure he’s stuck with the F crew. Poor guy. Take my advice, don’t come here, especially if you have a car full of hungry kids.
