I was at the Burger King in Mountain Grove Missouri yesterday and the place looked dirty. The workers were cussing and overworked. There were only 3 workers there. It toke way to long to make a simple burger. I use to work there years ago and it was never this bad. They need to do better.
To be fair I went during a busy lunch time. But also to be fair it seems to be that's when things would be the most fresh. There was a fairly long wait in the Drive-Thru line. I don't have a big complaint about that. However the Whopper I received was cold. Not like refrigerated but like it had been sitting around way too long. It was also sloppily assembled as you can see in the photo. The cheese didn't quite make it onto the burger. The fries were excellent and hot. But that didn't make up for the disappointment over the burger.
Dozens of flies inside during the middle of February. That means theres maggots everywhere. I left befor I even ordered. Disgusting!!! Calling health department ASAP!!!
Food and service was horrible. The girl working the drive thru has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever witnessed. Do better Burger King.
Just sat in drive through on a Friday night for over 30 minutes trying to get two corners with three burgers between each order and employees are outside while the drive through is literally wrapped around on a dinner rush time frame I bet your guys is general store managers hate their lives very dissatisfied
