L.A. Cafe

Things started off slow. It took awhile to get waited on, but like everywhere else now a days I believe they were short staffed. Once we got waited on service was very good from then. They were very attentive and nice and the food was delicious. I highly recommend stopping in and trying. Great place in downtown mountain grove,mo

This was a gem find. I will definitely return to this restaurant . The food was prepared perfectly to order, the staff here was friendly and quick. Never had to ask for a refill on my drink as every staff member that passed by asked if I wanted more or anything they could get for me. Honestly best service around.

The perfect family style cafe! The atmosphere is so loving and comfortable! The service is like family! And the food!!! The breakfast scramble is AMAZING!! Will never pass thru this town without stopping to enjoy more from the menu! And you must read the story of these two beautiful sisters told on every table! RIP Allison. I have never had a bad experience at LA cafe. It's always a pleasant place to have a meal. Prices are very reasonable and the food tastes great. Having said that I do have a personal preference about onion rings. The onion rings they serve have way too much corn meal in the batter for me. The friend I was dining with liked the cornmeal. I just didn't care for so much of it in the batter. It sounds like such a trivial thing but it's kind of a big deal to me and what I like to eat. In the future I'll just get the fries which are excellent. The service could not have been better. It's a nice place to eat.

This is an amazing family restaurant that is completely owned by the family ran by the family I enjoyed the company and the place food was a phenomenal The service was outstanding the store and restaurant was the clean and smelt great All the items on the menu look delicious The prices are very reasonable I would definitely recommend stopping in here if you're passing through or if you just live here I love the family that's here and it is a good thing that we still have places like this in our world
