The lady at the window CLEARLY hates her job, they can’t even make the food properly… it’s burrito jr, egg, sausage, cheese, and hash browns… it’s not that hard people. Nice that I got an egg burrito for $8.00 though. ZERO out of 10 stars, good service isn’t hard neither is actually following the food cards in the kitchen, people are paying for this food… DO YOUR JOB!

I'd give less stars but it's not an option. The lady with the pink hair was worse than being cussed at. At the window she ask rudely what do you want? Then immediately after pulling up she had me pull up more to wait. Instead of letting me know when she brought our food that they were waiting on fries she shoved the bags of food in my window and walked away. When I went in to inquire about the missing items she seriously expected me to not be bothered by food I paid for not being in our bags nor did she expect me to stay for the food I paid for. Absolutely horrible. I ordered 10 minutes ahead. Absolutely no reason for them to be backed up if they were doing their jobs correctly.

After ordering almost $40 worth of food, I pulled up as asked and when the guy brought the food to my car it was all in one bag and was splitting, when I grabbed the bag it split all the way down and the food spilled all over me and he said “dang” and walked away, did not offer me another bag or even an apology. This picture was taken after I cleaned all of the fries and onion rings out of my lap and sat some of the other food in my seat!

Staff were out of some items even after I'd ordered online. I suggested a substitute which they agreed to, but only after seemingly being surprised at such a proposed solution - they wanted me to be okay just not getting the item I'd paid for. Food was prepared correctly.
