Burger King

This place absolutely sucks. Ordered TWO Texas whoppers, completely missing bacon AND PICKLE and added ketchup randomly lol. I called the store to take the sandwich back and they were nice and said just come by. Came back and whoever the darker skinned employee was was VERY RUDE AND STUPID. She asked for the sandwich back and what was wrong as if I didn’t just tell them and then tells the kitchen to remake the burger with ONLY meat cheese pickle and bacon.. I said through the window I just said I wanted it the same way just minutes ketchup and add the bacon and pickle that COME WITH THE SANDWHICH, she even specifically asked if I wanted cheese and guess what?? My sandwich was wrong again no damn cheese on a DOUBLE PATTY WHOPPER and then added ketchup again lol. Definitely never coming bac

This review is based on my experience on October 28 between 6:55 p.m. and 7:25 p.m. I am a regular customer at this location and have never written a review before because the service is usually acceptable. However, what happened last night was unacceptable and needs attention from management. There were several cars ahead of me in the drive thru line. I waited approximately 25 minutes just to reach the order speaker. Once I arrived, I was told to hold because they were short staffed. After a few more minutes, I was informed that the manager had decided to close early at 7:30 p.m. due to staffing issues. The time was 7:27 p.m. I explained that I had already been waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes and asked if they could complete my order since I had been there well before the closing t

Don’t even bother. I ordered lunch in the drive through. I had to go inside and get everything removed. Fries and 3 different kinds of sandwiches were ice cold. Manager said they would take care of it and then continued to take the orders of the 2 people behind me. Then, anger waiting 3 or so minutes later they put my order back in! Horrible. No one gives a crap here. You can see in the faces that me asking for HOT food was obviously a big deal! How dare I!

We ordered the 3 for $7 trio. The original chicken sandwiches were some of the freshest and hottest we've had at a BurgerKing before. The last that was at the window seemed very friendly and was extremely polite. For a fast food place, it was good, quick, inexpensive and convenient. The only downside is they're parking lot seems a little out dated and bumpy. Inside the restaurant however is newer and nice.

It's genuinely unfortunate that not a single BK location in the area are worth wasting money at as they can't even get a basic meal order right. You'll receive flat soda with 0 carbonation left, cold fries of the wrong size, and slop on a bun that looks like week old soggy lettuce and tomato. It's okay though I'll just have to take my complaints up with the actual bosses next company picnic I attend because all these local stores need complete overhauls as they clearly don't know what they are doing. At least the drink was the right size even though it had no carbonation at all for Dr pepper and that's a large fry as it came...
