Burger King

This morning was a very disappointing experience. I placed a mobile order, and pulled up to the window about 6 mins after placing the order. Around 7:40 on 2/10/26. The female employee who was speaking over the speaker sounded annoyed. Asked what she could get me and I informed her of my name for the mobile order (which was a breakfast burrito meal with a small iced coffee) and there was a long pause and loud sigh, after a bit longer of silence, she annoyedly said yep Pull up!!! There were 2 other cars in front of me. It got to me, and I was handed my order and left. I was back on the highway and took a sip of my coffee only for it to be sour and fizzy. I understand being busy but you should still make an effort to serve orders correctly, especially when they are mobile ordered ahead of time. I got 4 of the new SpongeBob meals, got home and was missing so many items. I didn’t have any pies. I was also missing the cheesy bacon tots for one of the orders. So I just paid $60+ dollars for an incomplete meal…. Should’ve just ordered 4 burgers because that’s basically all I got!

The store wasn’t closed and they still wouldn’t give us our order. We were there 15 minutes before close and placed a mobile order, which charged us. They waited until 1056 to answer the drive thru and tell us they’re closed and have no drawers. Which doesn’t matter, because it took our payment online. The food from this restaurant isn’t even that good I just wanted a milkshake. I only went because it said online they were open, but I guess they weren’t.

Bk Ludlow is by far the best. Their food are hot and they serve you as fast as they can. The cashiers and managers are friendly and helpful. They make sure you get what you want. I will recommend for anyone who wants great service for affordable prices. They always say you rule but I guess they rule.
