Burger King

Had a scheduled order for 1215 today. Show up at 1215 and I get pulled forward to a parking spot. Waited 10 minutes before my food was brought outside. They couldnt find my car for some reason. It took 3 attempts to get to my car even though I parked where I was asked to park. Look at my order and im missing a lg order of half fry/half onion rings. I walk inside get no apology and the guy who got what I was missing didn't seem to really care. Get home and surprise the burgers had been sitting on the grill for a while before being served. Burger was so dry. This location sucks and I will being going to the mint hill location any time I want burger king.

Will be avoiding this location and advising others to do the same. Tonight’s experience was extremely FRUSTATING for some mediocre fast food. I should’ve left but was trapped in the drive thru and mobile order was already placed. Order was to be picked up at 6:35. I get there at 6:40. Waited in a long line, I get to the order speaker. He tells me to wait please so I wait before I tell him my pick up order. He proceeds to take the order of 5-6 cars in the other order lane. I skipped the line after not having my order taken and just went to the window. I tell them I’m picking up an order to which they take another 5-10 mins to make then hand to me. Their response was “we are understaffed and have been busy”. No excuse for taking 5 other cars order. Would’ve went inside but they locked the d

Hi. I’m currently sitting in the drive through & have been here for 20 mins waiting on a whopper jr. Cars around me have all gotten their food, but not me! This is wild right? I’ll never stop here again. The food is mid anyway.

I ordered 2 double whoppers with no onions., add cheese and got a single with onions then when I told them I ordered a double with no onions they just pulled the onions off the same burger and handed it back... good thing iam not highly allergic or anything

Wanted breakfast from BK specifically this morning. Should have just gone somewhere else. Egg and cheese croissants? Repeated back. Egg and cheese. Still got no cheese for us on all 4. Not to mention a nice old egg that’s flat as a sheet of paper. Never again.
