Burger King

Wonderful Monster menu! We ordered the Monster Bundle : Vampire nuggets, Jack-o-Lantern Whopper, mummy mozzarella fries and a chocolate sundae because the Franken Candy sundae was out of order. Overall it was delicious and well-assembled. Great service also!

Came here tonight hoping for food, wait time was sub par, manager in the back sounded like he was dying one of the workers sneezed onto the order that went out of the window and the woman at the cash register was blowing her nose and didn’t use any hand sanitizer or wash her hands when touching boogers. We hightailed it out of this establishment quicker than you could say "I"... Will not be coming back at all!

While the food was fine, the service was not that great. The wait at the drive thru is always 10 minutes.. at least… and not just one time either. I would give a bad review over one poor visit. This has happened the last 3-4 times we have stopped there. My husband likes the whoppers from Burger King now and again so we might stop once every two weeks or so, so we have stopped a fair few times over the last few months and with this being the only Burger King close to us this is the only option when he wants Burger King. Otherwise we would be driving 40+ minutes for another one. The drive thru workers are never friendly they are always very short and want to deal with you as fast as possible and to be done with you. Had the privilege of meeting the new store manager this evening and Shawn was fantastic. He and the team went above and beyond to make sure the food was hot fresh and everything we asked for. Thanks for the great experience!

There were 2-3 staff working. The entrance was getting cleaned. They opened the dining area. Having a wrestling team show up can be stressful, but these ladies were on their game. Yes I was also pleased with our manners, noise level, and cleanliness, but these workers were very pleasant. Thank you from the Prospect Mountain Wrestling team.
