Littleton Library

Very beautiful library. Nice children area. I arrived with myself, my friend, and my two children. Other children were there coloring and chatting that's great to see that children have fun there. We did the scavenger hunt, that was fun. The librarian seemed mad when we asked for the prize for doing the scavenger hunt and told us ok here as she walked rudely to the prize box and said pick one. The same Librarian also was the one who told us to leave because they were closing up was not a welcoming feeling at all, I get closing and as soon I heard it was time to leave I started cleaning up what I was doing and leaving but she was speaking to us as if she had asked several times or something and it was the first time. This was my first visit here and it makes me nervous to go back now. Not w

What a beautiful building full of spectacular art, lovely rooms that one can read & research. There's a room with audiobooks and CDs A room with really good magazines and a puzzle .. I'm so happy that I stopped in!

Beautiful building, and the staff was very welcoming. I really liked the tables at the entrance with books selected by the staff, really good suggestions of books to read. We were visiting Littleton and the impressive building called our attention. Internet is great and there are sections for children and adults.

A great centerpiece to a wonderful friendly fun little town. We had a blast here, took in the farmers' market and of course had Sunday Benny Eggs Special at the famous diner. Lots to do and see !

Tried to call. Library is open according to the posted hours. Nobody answers the phone. I hung up, immediately tried again then it ran busy for 10 minutes. Tried again and get an automated system saying Press 1 for this person, 2 for this person, etc. Tried pushing 1 for the Main Desk and it launched into another automated message about booking computer time and the hours for research! I just want to talk to a live person to be able to book a computer for some legal research! Seriously. I'm all for the library and supporting it IF and ONLY if they don't make it difficult to deal with them. If they keep coming out with automated messages and not answering the phone during posted hours then nobody is going to want to support it because it will just make them mad. I'm already very disappointe
