Burger King

Order a couple burgers from Burger King. Not another customer in sight. Get to the window. Get told its going to be a 15 minute wait, and if I could just pull around and park. I said that its absurd to wait 15 minutes for fast food and asked to cancel my order. Got told I can only do that through the app. So after navigating that and going back and forth with the "customer service" rep I got a refund after another half a dozen more emails. This kind of establishment is supposed to be fast and convenient, but for the amount of time I spent I could have went to a sit down restaurant. Shame.

Ordered whoppers and some chicken fries some drinks ect. They forgot the chicken fries and crushed the sandwiches. Along with putting them on the wrong too small of a bun. Called and asked for a credit since I was home manager said I see u in a bit for replacement and hung up. Had to drive out there get the whole meal replaced after arguing about it they thought after 30 mins it was acceptable to just give me the chicken fries they forgot. They again gave me the wrong buns in the replacements to which the manager explained they didn’t even have whopper buns and are waiting on the truck. WHY? Are we selling whoppers then? WHY I mean honestly at least tell people ur going to give them a bun with meat sliding off of it because it’s too small. Frustrating waste of time gas, no reimbursement on

My whopper had a hard bun... the meat tastes like it was cooked the day before and reheated to serve.. I took one bite... and had to spit it out. Lesson learned. Never again.

Order: Two cheeseburgers. Restaurant: Literally 0 customers present inside or waiting in line. Told we have a 10-15 minute wait. Order cancelled, never coming back to this store again.

Used drive through so cannot report on the atmosphere. The food was prepared quickly and the quality is what I have come expect when eating there.
