Burger King

On 2/13/26 around 9-9:30pm, I was picking up a DoorDash order at the Lebanon restaurant. When I politely relayed a customer request, the manager raised her voice and behaved in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. I remained calm, but the interaction was hostile, inappropriate which unfortunately led me to canceling the order.

One of the workers was very helpful. Brought our food to me and my husband. And he checked several times to see if we needed anything. We have never had that happen at a Burger King.

I have never had a bad experience here! The food is always good and the staff is always friendly. One employee named Jack always goes above and beyond for the customers and shows so much kindness. He honesty makes the experience so much better!

For some reason they didn’t receive my mobile order on their end, but fixed the issue as quickly as possible through drive-thru. Man who helped us out was very kind!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this Burger King was just too much. What appeared to be the manager, the female with blond hair and glasses, was incredibly rude to the staff. She had an attitude from the moment I walked in. She snapped at the workers in front of customers and acted like she didn’t want to be there. That being said, some of the employees were really nice. A tall boy with long dark hair was super polite and made sure I got the right order. Another tall boy with blond hair and glasses was also really kind—he even apologized for the wait, even though it wasn’t his fault. And there was a shorter boy with curly hair who seemed really friendly and upbeat, which was refreshing given how tense the atmosphere was in the restaurant. Honestly, if it weren’t for th
